VENDOR SETUP: Saturday, January 24, 2009 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday, January 25, 2009 at 7am for vendors assigned spaces in the Old Main building. For vendors assigned spaces in the Horticultural building, setup will be at 7am on Sunday, January 25, 2009 since we don't have access to that building on Saturday.
Vendor space(s) will be assigned as follows. If you were a vendor at the last event, you are guaranteed the same space(s), as long as you pre-register in time. That means having your check in two weeks prior to the event. If you don't pre-register in time, you give up your right to those space(s).
If you want more space(s) than you had at the last event, you have a choice to make. You may keep your usual spot and we will do our best to assign the additional space(s) next to those. However, we cannot guarantee that we can do this since it might mean infringing on another vendor. Alternatively, we would assign you new consecutive space(s) in another location, if at all possible.
If you want fewer spaces than you had at the last event, that is no problem. But, you give up the right to that space for future events. |
